Our services include:

Functional Medicine

During your initial appointment, we take between 60- to 90-minutes to listen attentively to your experiences. We want to learn about your health, your home and work life environments, and anything else you feel we should know. Then, we’ll conduct tests and analyze the results to determine what’s normal (and what’s not normal) for you. Each layer of information allows us to dig deeper and explore how multisystem symptoms interact, potentially overlapping and exacerbating your health. We persist until we uncover the root cause(s) behind your symptoms. You’ll finally understand what’s happening in your body and how to address it.

Integrative Healthcare

After assessing the status of your health, it’s time to address your body’s interconnected systems and needs. We work with you to create a plan of care that ultimately addresses your symptoms but which starts with your health history, lab results, and root cause diagnosis. You won’t ever leave an appointment with a generic printout of what to eat or do. Through compassionate, realistic discussions with various members of the PROVOKE Health team, you’ll receive a customized plan of care that you’re confident in following. Your life and your health are about to undergo a transformation. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.

General Health Services for Established Patients 

At PROVOKE Health, while we’re not considered an urgent care clinic or a primary care practice, once you’re under our care for a complex or chronic health condition, we may be able to offer you general health services as well. General health services for existing patients* can include:

  • Allergy testing
  • Annual physical exams 
  • Blood pressure screening 
  • Common and reoccurring symptom diagnosis
  • Prescription refill orders
  • Prevention care
  • Thyroid health screening and prescription adjustments (including medication or adjustments from Levothyroxine to Armour, as well as compounded thyroid hormones and T3 or Cytomel)
  • Women’s wellness exams and treatment

Our doctors, nurse practitioners, and IV techs harness the speed and effectiveness of intravenous (IV) drip delivery to offer IV therapies that infuse your body with elements that are vital to your plan of care. By improving and then leveraging your body’s natural metabolism, we’re able to successfully treat of a variety of health issues that other doctors’ offices either choose to ignore or don’t know about to treat. That’s because IV therapy compounds and medications are more effective at getting into the body (compared to taking them orally because they don’t have to go through the digestive system).

Detoxification

Our healthcare team members prioritize understanding your medical history, physical examination findings, and laboratory results to craft a personalized detoxification protocol tailored to your unique needs. Through comprehensive testing methods, including mold urine tests, heavy metal analysis via blood, hair, and urine tests — as well as blood testing for environmental toxins — we pinpoint the sources of toxins. Next, employing our approach to detoxification, your body will intentionally harness its natural pathways to eliminate toxins generated within the gastrointestinal tract, as well as from exposure to mold, heavy metals, pesticides, and environmental pollutants. At PROVOKE Health, detoxification focuses first on resting the body, employing tailored dietary protocols to reduce inflammation and alleviate stress on vital organs like the liver, kidneys, and gastrointestinal tract. To facilitate detoxification, we may recommend the use of specific nutrients through targeted IV treatments and oral supplementation. 

 

Therapeutic Peptides

Peptides, which are sometimes referred to as secretagogues — substances that promote the release of other substances — communicate with various parts of the body to release substances that the body needs in order to function properly. Technically speaking, peptides are short strings of amino acids. Therapeutic peptides are those that are bioactive and have a beneficial effect on the body. Some common peptides are available in over-the-counter supplements, such as collagen peptides for skin health, and creatine peptides, which may help build strength and muscle mass. One such peptide, sermorelin, increases the natural release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland, resulting in improved sleep, recovery, muscle mass, energy, and works to create a more youthful appearance as we age. At PROVOKE Health, our plans of care sometimes include a therapeutic peptide to treat a complex or chronic health condition, illness, or disease.

For example, if you’re looking for Weight Loss Therapy, Semaglutide (also known as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus) — which is commonly used to control blood sugar by improving insulin resistance and reducing hunger — is another therapeutic peptide that may be used in your plan of care.

Prolotherapy (coming soon): Prolotherapy is a regenerative technique that offer a non-surgical path to healing. By injecting small amounts of a solution — typically containing dextrose or a blend of natural substances —into the site of a painful or degenerated tendon, ligament, or joint, the solution works to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. At PROVOKE Health, our Prolotherapy service aims to encourage tissue regeneration, reinforce weakened areas, and alleviate discomfort, all while promoting the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
