FAQs

How does Provoke Health use functional medicine to address complex health issues?

Our approach to functional medicine is a personalized approach that seeks to identify and address the root causes of chronic illnesses. At Provoke Health, our practitioners dive into your medical history, lifestyle, and environmental factors to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at restoring optimal health. This method differs from conventional medicine by focusing on individualized care rather than symptom suppression.

Which conditions are commonly treated at Provoke Health?

At Provoke Health, we help patients manage a wide range of complex and chronic conditions, including but not limited to autoimmune disorders, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue syndrome, digestive issues, long COVID symptoms, and exposure to environmental toxins or mold.

Do you accept health insurance for consultations and treatments?

Provoke Health operates on a self-pay basis. The initial consultation fee is $295 for a one-hour session, with follow-up visits at $155 for 30 minutes. While we don't bill insurance directly, many lab tests ordered during consultations, such as those through Quest Diagnostics, may be covered by insurance. We provide detailed invoices for patients to submit to their insurance providers for potential reimbursement.

IV therapy gives your body vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients through an IV, so they go straight into your bloodstream and are absorbed better. This can help boost your energy, strengthen your immune system, help your body fight off illnesses, get rid of toxins, keep you hydrated, and help you feel your best.
